Liveaboard opportunity in Greece - Gib'Sea 422

I inherited a Gib'Sea 422 last year, and she is based in Nafplio, in the Peloponnese region of Greece.
I'm looking for someone who would be interested in living on board in return for a nominal rent, who would look after her for the forseeable future.
I live in the UK most of the year and I'm not in a position to keep an eye on her.
Would have to be an experienced sailor - obviously - and would probably suit someone who is retired and wants to spend time afloat.
My father owned the yacht and operated her as a charter business, and she is mechanically sound, if just a little shabby.
