Looking for "Crew" to build and sail around the wo

Hi, there you all.
I've a dream since I was very young, to build my own sailing yacht and sail around the world.
A few days ago, I bought a project of a Multichine 31 (see the project details here: http://www.yachtdesign.com.br/02_ingles ... c31-2.html), to be built in Ply-Glass method... Let's go to what interests:
I am looking for people in ages between 21/26 who want to do the cruise with me, helping in the boat construction.
