Where are we all holing up for the arrival of Bertha ? Don't fancy being rafted up charging about so PYH it is .....till Monday anyway .

Is it actually coming? No one seems to agree if it is going to arrive with any significance. Couple of low pressure systems lining themselves up out there at the moment so who knows? Supposed to have been on the boat for all next week..................................may give it a miss!

Looks like a bit of a damp squib now looks like it will fragment to several normal lows and go south as it approaches instead ..

Still, it's a shame the run of good weather is coming to an end for a bit. I never seem to be in the right place at the right time!

We went up the Tamar above Weir Quay (around the bend up river from there) and day tripped to Cotehele for the last couple of days. It's lovely up there! But tittle all internet hence the radio silence.
Nothing much came of Bertha though. We saw a few 30 knot gusts but that was it.
