Are there any Marine Engineering Courses out there that has a bit more meat than the MCA approved AEC? I am planning to embark on a sailing career but want to combine it with a good engineering qualification (fixing peoples outboard motors and yacht engins) that will not take to long to obtain like the BTEC Level 3 (light marine engineering) that takes nearly a year @ 2.5 days per week.
