Yacht Isabella, as featured in my round UK blog here: CLICK HERE

Built: 1989

Length: 9.2m (30.7 feet)

Draft: 1.5m

Fin Keel so sails great to windward.

A very solid, safe boat which is comfortable and fast with a glowing wooden interior.

Amazingly spacious layout with large double cabin port aft, large double V berth forward, shower and heads starboard aft. Huge cockpit locker.

Engine was new in 2003 and has done just over 650 hours. Regularly and recently fully serviced. Excellent condition. Extremely reliable. It is a Beta Marine BD722. 20 Horse Power. Plenty to chug at 2000 rpm 4 to 5 knots in flat water at 1 litre diesel per hour, or 5 to 6.5 knots at 2700 rpm, 2 litres per hour.

New plastic fuel tank 2011 + replaced main fuel hose + primary and secondary fuel filters + applied preventative fuel treatment (not that any problem was found).

New sails (Kemp) in 2006. Jib and main still in fantastic "still stiff" condition. Storm jib in unused condition.

New cockpit canopy, dodgers and lazyjacks in ~2006.

New headlining 2004.

New standing rigging 2010.

New running rigging 2009.

Shore-Power with RCD and galvanic isolator - all new 2009.

Gas system re-installed and comes with Corgi Approval certificate - all new 2009.

New Eberspacher D4 4kW diesel cabin heater in 2009. Outputs in all cabins. Professionally serviced in 2010.

2009 survey shows no sign of osmosis or moisture in hull.

Four batteries in total. Two domestic 110Ah new 2009. Additional domestic 110Ah 2010. New engine start battery (50Ah) 2010.

All instrumentation in full working order: DSC Radio, NASA AIS receiver, Lowrance 3300C GPS, Raymarine Autohelm, Clipper Wind Speed/Direction, Log and Raymarine Depth. Low operating power car radio with stereo speakers.

Large top-loading fridge, good working order, will freeze contents if turned up to max.

Loads and LOADS of storage space.

Hot water tank and calorifier fitted new fairly recently. Hot and cold water in pressurised system so can be on auto by electric pump or manual by footpump under cooker.

Recent new Jabsco heads. Good working order.

New radar reflector 2010 (Echomax - best you can get)

New Jib Furler 2010 - Harken - Very excellent, one of the best you can buy.
