Grab yourself the bargain of the century:

Selling our Centaur as we're upgrading. We've had her for 1 year and in that time have had the keels professionally removed and re-seated (April 08 ), installed a brand-new genoa (Chris Scanes Sept 08 ), had the mainsail serviced (Chris Scanes Sept 08 ), removed the gas system and installed a new Origo 3000 spirit stove, installed a new water trap in the exhaust system, installed a new sink pump, serviced the seacocks, serviced the engine. Standing rigging was done 2000/2001. Engine was rebuilt 2001 and always starts. Head-lining has been professionally re-done so there's no droop or powder issues as with many. Condition is generally excellent throughout with some (non problematic) marks here and there. We have full details of all owners from new, and the original order document. We want a quick sale hence the price. Don't miss out on this bargain! Currently lying in Plymouth Yacht Haven. 2007 Survey available. Viewings available on request. VHF, Eagle Fishfinder, Navico Depth, Navico TP300CX Autopilot, two decent batteries charged by alternator.

She's certainly a good looking boat Bob, well worth the money
As said elsewhere, don't forget to put her on www.sailroom.co.uk (no charge obviously  )
Set the price for what you want and make that the reserve price, then you don't get any silly offers :?
Best of luck with the sale
