Prop Fouling

We were lifted today and our prop looked like a sponge and barnacle garden. It was polished to a mirror shine before launch at the end of May so obviously polishing doesn't work. Tried antifoul before - no good either. Anyone tried lanolin? Any good? Is it easy to apply? what's the best way? Any other ideas to keep a prop weed and barnacle free?
