looking for hard standing

Hi all I've been on dry land for over ten years now and off to look at a Nauticat 33 but would like the 36. Like somebody has said on here UK prices are ott if I buy, it will come back to the UK. So I'm looking for a east coast mariner 2-3 hours drive with hard standing at reasonable rates.
